To open your mind, I suggest you begin by reading DEAR DIARY, simple enough for a 10 year old, but deep enough to make a difference in intelligent adults.
The first game you want is MESSAGES. You can set this box of cards on your desk or your coffee table and practice every day. It's great fun and really does get you your messages from the Universe.
